62ND ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS Nominees Revealed

Leading the list with nine nominations is Beyoncé

Beyoncé leads the list of nominees for the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards, with nine nominations in various categories. The nominations were announced on Friday, November 16th, by the Recording Academy. Other top nominees include Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and Brandi Carlile, who each received eight nominations.

The GRAMMY Awards are the most prestigious awards in the music industry, and are given to recognize outstanding achievement in various fields of music. The 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards will be held on Sunday, January 26th, 2020, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.

Beyoncé's nine nominations include Album of the Year and Song of the Year for her album "Lemonade" and its lead single "Formation." She is also nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance for her song "Love Drought," and Best Rap/Sung Performance for her collaboration with Kendrick Lamar on the song "Freedom." Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and Brandi Carlile are also nominated for Album of the Year, for their albums "DAMN.," "Scorpion," and "By the Way, I Forgive You," respectively.
