Tottenham Hotspur moved up to fourth in the Premier League table with a 1-0 victory over Manchester City at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
Son Heung-min scored the only goal of the game in the first half, capitalising on a mistake from Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson. The South Korean forward's strike was his 19th of the season in all competitions.
Manchester City had plenty of chances to equalise in the second half, but they were unable to find a way past Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.
The victory was Tottenham Hotspur's first over Manchester City since 2018 and moved them above their opponents in the Premier League table.
